An elderly stranger taking care of the child, woman police officer covering the body and onlookersIMPHAL, Jul 23 : A day out shopping with her three year old son turned out to be fatal, for a young woman, as she was killed in a broad day light shoot-out in the heart of Imphal town today, while a UG suspect was later killed in the shoot-out.Incidentally, the shoot-out occurred at about 10.30 am, barely 30 minutes before the commencement of the Assembly session, not far from the Assembly complex. Five other individuals also sustained bullet injuries, 2 of them critically.
